Behaviour Code for Children and Young People
Why We Have a Behaviour Code:
This code of behaviour ensures that everyone participating in Ultimate Warriors CIC's activities understands what is expected of them. By agreeing to this code, participants acknowledge and accept the standards of behaviour required and understand the consequences of inappropriate actions.
We expect all participants to display appropriate behaviour at all times, including outside our organisation.
The Behaviour Code Aims to:
- Identify acceptable and unacceptable behaviour.
- Encourage cooperation, honesty, fairness, and respect.
- Create an environment where self-esteem, self-respect, and self-confidence can grow.
- Encourage responsibility for personal behaviour.
- Help resolve conflicts and clarify the consequences of not following the code.
